1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Plexo ("Service"), operated by ABCTech Software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Plexo provides a cloud-based project management and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) software designed for development teams. The Service includes features such as real-time collaboration, Kanban boards, portfolio management, resource calendars, and comprehensive project tracking tools.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1 Plans
Plexo offers multiple subscription plans:
- FREE Plan: Limited to 3 projects, 3 team members, and 300 tasks per project
- PROFESSIONAL Plan: $29/month or $290/year, includes unlimited projects and team members
- ENTERPRISE Plan: Custom pricing with additional features and support
4.2 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for the Professional plan. You will be charged automatically after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.
4.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment service provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms and conditions.
4.4 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.5 Price Changes
We may change fees (including plan prices, storage limits, and add-on fees). Changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via website notice or email and take effect from the next billing cycle. Prepaid periods are not retroactively affected. If the change is unfavorable, you may cancel before it takes effect without penalty. Custom Enterprise agreements prevail. All prices are in USD and may be subject to taxes and fees.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

6. User Data and Privacy
6.1 Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6.2 Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Scrape or copy content from the Service using automated means
8. Service Availability
8.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid plans, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
8.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily limits access to the Service. We will provide advance notice when possible.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Rights
The Service, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding user data), is owned by Plexo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLEXO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Plexo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may terminate the service at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your organization. To request organization deletion, please contact us at support@plexo.work.
13.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ABCTech Software is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
