Portfolio view lets you manage multiple projects simultaneously, giving you a bird's-eye view of all your work.

Creating a Portfolio
- Navigate to "Portfolio" from the main menu
- Click "New Portfolio"
- Name your portfolio (e.g., "Q1 2025 Projects")
- Select projects to include
- Choose portfolio leader
Tips
- Group related projects into portfolios (e.g., by quarter, by client, by department)
- Use portfolio view for weekly executive reviews
- Monitor cross-project resource conflicts
