Portfolio view lets you manage multiple projects simultaneously, giving you a bird's-eye view of all your work.

Creating a Portfolio

  1. Navigate to "Portfolio" from the main menu
  2. Click "New Portfolio"
  3. Name your portfolio (e.g., "Q1 2025 Projects")
  4. Select projects to include
  5. Choose portfolio leader

Tips

  • Group related projects into portfolios (e.g., by quarter, by client, by department)
  • Use portfolio view for weekly executive reviews
  • Monitor cross-project resource conflicts
